We will charge an initial non-returnable fee of £500, which is deductible from the final balance. This secures our services for a period of six months.
Property Purchase:
Our finder's fee is 1.5% of the purchase price which is payable 50% on exchange of contracts and 50% on completion. There is a minimum fee of £4000.
Property Rental:
Our finder's fee is equivalent to one month's rent which is due on signing the tenancy agreement. There is a minimum fee of £2000.
